shipping within australia

postage and handling charges will vary according to the size and weight of the parcel and will be advised
at time of order.

your order will be sent via australia post express post – which guarantees delivery, australia wide,
within 2-5 working days. parcels can be tracked with this service.  insurance is an optional extra that can
be quoted on separately.

most orders (1 x daisy set plus 1 x hoody) will fit in an australia post express post 3kg bag and will cost
$15.00 for postage & handling.

shipping - international

daisy dark posts items outside of australia.  australia post sends internationally, with items arriving
usually within 10 - 14 working days. International customers will be responsible for their own local
duties and taxes.  each order will be quoted on separately.  you can request delivery confirmation,
insurance or express courier service.  for more details on pricing, please contact us at

how to pay

we will accept cheques, money orders, bank direct deposit and credit card payment via paypal. orders
will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

all prices are quoted in australian dollars.




returns

for all returns – please contact us via email or telephone before returning the item.  please indicate
the reason for the return.

if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your daisy darks we will happily exchange or refund if
they are returned unworn/unwashed, and in the same condition that they were sold.

if there is a fault in the item or the wrong item was sent we will fully refund the full purchase price,
original and return postage, or exchange it at our cost – whichever you choose.

items must be returned within 21 days of purchase in original condition, with tags attached, and the
item(s) unworn and unwashed.

your daisy dark tax invoice (original or photocopy) must accompany all returned items.  exchanges or
returns are not possible without your tax invoice. 

we regret we will not refund shipping charges on returns if they are due to change of mind.




exchanges

we will exchange an item for a different size or color when stock is available as long as the
purchased item is returned to us in its original condition. 

when exchanging an item please include a self addressed prepaid australia post express post satchel
for the replacement item to be sent to you.

sizing

Daisy dark pants

The pants come in 5 sizes - from size 1 thru size 5. 

this is a slim cut hipster pant, designed to be  slightly fitted so that it is flattering and not baggy.
please try a size larger than normal for a looser fit.  They are cut a little longer than usual, so
please check the length measurement to see if they are right for you.
